No problem, we only start measuring your shipping volume from the end of the first full month of shipping. For example, if you place your first order on the 5th of January, the first month we will use to calculate your average shipping volume is February.

We normally only meet face to face with Enterprise customers, however if you believe you have special requirements that can’t be discussed over the phone, please contact us to request a personal meeting.

COD amounts are transferred every day. Formally COD amounts have to be transferred in 8 working days following the delivery date however on average COD amounts should arrive in your bank account 3 – 4 days following the delivery of the parcel(s) to the consignee.
If you qualify for payment terms, you will receive an invoice every two weeks.

Your tariff will be upgraded and downgraded automatically based on your average shipping volume. You will not be notified about upgrades and downgrades. You can always see which tariff is currently valid for your business, by visiting the Profile Settings tab in your Allpacka account, and the name of the domestic and international tariff applied to your account will be displayed on the left-hand side of the page.
